Effects Of Xinshukang On Left Ventricular Hypertrophy And Protein Kinase Cell Expression In Renovascular Hypertensive Rats

As one of the most independent risk factors of heart and vessel disease, essential hypertrophy has already been concerned about. Left ventricular hypertrophy is the main following syndrome, which has increased the possibility of heart and vessel accidents including stroke, myocardial infarction, diaphragmatic angina, congestive cardiac failure and kidney failure, etc. Therefore, seeking for the ideal medicine, which have best curative effect, less side effect and can effectively control the blood pressure and reverse the Hypertension LVH, is becoming an important subject for the research of the Essential hypertrophy. Pathogenic mechanism of the Hypertension LVH is extremely complicated to some extend. And some researchers put forward that the disorder expression of the Protein Kinase Cell in myocardium tissue play an important role in the occurrence of the Essential Hypertrophy. Meanwhile the formation and development of the Hypertension is the result of high expression of the PKC in myocardium tissue.This paper, using the research of Hypertension LVH models of G-RHR with kidney substance hypertension, discusses its blood pressure, LVMI , formation parameter of myocardium cell , pathological change of myocardium tissue and the expression of the PKC in myocardium cell. By using the traditional Chinese medicine- XinShuKang personally, this article will offer some scientific evidents to verify the treatment function of XinShuKang.The result of the experiment research manifests :â‘ XinShuKang has a satisfactory effect on declinging blood pressure;â‘¡XinShuKang can decrease the LVMI effectively, bulk of heart cell and constrain fibre of indirect cell;â‘¢By observing the electronic mirror and light and immunity chemistry confirm: XinShuKang is able to constrain the high expressing of PKC in myocardium tissue . Therefore it has the function of alleviating and diversing Hypertension LVH.
