Objective:Through evaluating the effects of Radix Astragali combined with Western medicine for primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS)in Children,compare the effects of Radix Astragali in various prepatations for PNS. Method: With Using computer,we search information of the Radix Astragali combined with Western medicine for primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS)in Children.The methodological quality of trails was assessed by the Jadad-Score. Statistical analysis were performed with RevMan4.1. To Meta-analysis software for the t clinical total effective rate, and its recurrence,relapse rate, urine examination and blood biochemical indicators for statistical analysis. Result: There were 20 randomized controlled trials,Astragalus decoction of Chinese medicine 2 trials, 3 oral Liquid Astragalus, Astragalus particles 4, Huangqi 11.Meta-analysis showed that Radix Astragali could increase the therapeutic effect of prednisone and immunosuppressant for PNS and redues its recurrence.
