Method:Total 60 patients were randomly divedely into healing group using Additional powder for regulating liver(n=30) and spleen,and control group using fluoxetine(n=30).There were two course of treatment,8weeks totally. Result:The healing group total effective rate is 86.67%,excellence26, utility4,control group total effective rate is 63.33%,excellence19, utility11.The treatment group's Hamilton Depression Rating Scale, neurological deficit score scale,activities of daily living index,TCM Syndrome score test,the decline in plasma cortisol levels,side effects, as well as the post-stroke depression improved are significantly better than the control group's,and the difference have statisticalsignificance.Conclusion:Dispersing the depressed liver-energy to treat the depressive disorder after Apoplexy can better reseal or wipe out the symptom.And fewer side effects.
