Payroll has been one of the most important means to keep and enhance employee satisfaction and integrity as well as the key point for enterprises to attract and maintain talents. As a result, motivational and scientific payroll system not only contributes to stimulate employees' enthusiasm and creativity, but also to encourage the fast development of the enterprise after transformation.This paper analyses the problems of present payroll management system in light of the case study of Y Blood Center. Moreover, research has been done with respect to the designing and implementation of the payroll system in this paper.Firstly, this paper adopts literature research by analyzing the necessity of transformation within this corporation and proposes the goals of payroll reform according to the case study of Y Blood Center.Secondly, the writer conducts a statistic sample survey concerning current HR and payroll status of Y Blood Center and analysis of employee demands and satisfaction.Meanwhile, based on the objective and requirement of national reform of health institution, this paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process and factors evaluation to diagnose the 73 position evaluation in Y Blood Center and to get the evaluation result.Lastly, this paper classifies the positions of the Blood Center according to different position characteristics. Then, combining the analysis of position classification and evaluation the writer designs a new reformation model of payroll. |
