At present, China's community health services, health care reform is an important cause of transition and development period, the community health service centers should take what kind of management style to motivate potential, improve work efficiency A bearing on the development of community health care system, major problems. From my country's situation, the community health sector pay system and management related issues are basically at the health management and human resources management a blank area of research. How improve community health service sector pay management system, to achieve lawful, fair and effective incentive effect, was built in scientific and effective system of community health services, the key issue.In February 2006 in Shanghai, Futian District, launched a community health service center "three medical interaction" with the specific implementation plan, in the Futian eight streets 10 community health service centers for the first time attempt to finance, management, operation, and various angles practice, the efficiency of health oriented concept. This is the community health service centers in the broader context of reform in order to Fukuda community health service centers reform, for example, surveys and research centers for the remuneration policy and implementation options, analysis of the current community health services, the plight of the pay incentives and make practical policy recommendations aimed at enhancing the incentive effects of wages and enhance community health service center operational efficiency, to achieve effectiveness of the reform.Based on analysis of relevant literature in reading, using literature method, questionnaire, interview, role playing method, follow up survey method, qualitative research and other research methods, to the residents, the community health service center leaders, experts in related fields, community health service center staff and other objects interviews, a comprehensive theoretical and practical research to analyze the results and draw conclusions. This feature is based on the theory of compensation management research and combing, summed up the foreign community health service institutions pay administration practices, the practice at home and abroad were compared to demonstrate, and then through the community health service center, Futian, Shenzhen, the reform of the pay practices, analyzing and sorting out the community health service center salary management problems for our community health services, the smooth progress of the reform proposed by the corresponding policy recommendations.
