| Objective To contrast and analyze the difference of metabolites of intestinal flora between diabetes mellitus patients and healthy humen in Xinjiang Uygur and Kazak . Methods To collect 15 Uygur fecal samples of diabetes mellitus patients and healthy human respectivelly , and 15 Kazak fecal samples of diabetes mellitus patients and healthy human respectivelly , extract short chain fatty acids( SCFA ) from the feces, then analyze the content of SCFA in the fecal samples by GC-MS . Results (1)Compared healthy group with diabetes mellitus group of Uygur fecal samples , the content of acetic acid showed statistically significant difference (P<0.01), and the content of propionic acid have statistical difference(P<0.05) , the content of butyric acid have no statistical difference(P>0.05). (2) Co-mpared healthy group with diabetes mellitus group of Kazak fecal samples , the content of acetic acid ,propionic acid and butyric acid all showed statistically significant difference(P<0.01) . (3)Compared Uygur with Kazak healthy fecal samples , the content of acetic acid ,propionic acid and butyric acid all have no statistical difference(P>0.05) . (4) Compared Uygur with Kazak diabetes mellitus fecal samples , the content of acetic acid ,propionic acid and butyric acid all have no statistical difference(P>0.05). Conclusions: Compared healthy group with diabetes mellitus group , the metabolites SCFA from intestinal flora of the Uygur and Kazak all showed statistical difference, the content of SCFA of diabetes mellitus patients less than healthy human. Compared Uygur with Kazak, the metabolites SCFA of diabetes mellitus patients and healthy human have no difference. |
