The Discussion On Obtain Employment Of Pharmaceutical Engineering Professional Graduate

With the development of the global pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical engineering professional has received increasing attention. Strong demand for talent, but as China's employment of graduates system in-depth reform and the expanding scale of high education, college students' employment problem which has increasingly become the focus of the whole community. Under the grim situation of college students' employment, the graduates' employment becomes a function which people evaluate reading and knowledge. This paper to University of Electronic Science and Technology of China Zhongshan Institute as the case, in which investigates the employment status of the pharmaceutical engineering graduates of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China Zhongshan Institute of 2008 and its impactive factors.The full paper contains the introduction and four chapters. In the introduction, first raise question and clarify the background of this study, meaning and purpose, then introduce the ideas and methods of the topic and given the definition and description on related concept. The first chapter is on the overall employment status' analysis of pharmaceutical engineering graduates in recent years of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China Zhongshan Institute. From primary employment rate, the flow of employment, salary levels, job satisfaction, this chapter summarized the general employment situation of pharmaceutical engineering graduates in recent years of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China Zhongshan Institute. The second chapter is on the deep investigation and analysis of the pharmaceutical engineering graduates' employment situation of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China Zhongshan Institute. This chapter selected primary employment rate, employment flows, starting salary level, occupation targeting, job satisfaction, and several other indicators, through the survey, compared the pharmaceutical engineering graduates' employment status of 2008 with previous graduates employment status, from which revealed and analyzed the current graduates' employment problem and characteristics. The third chapter is on analyzing the impact factors about pharmaceutical engineering graduates of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China Zhongshan Institute 2008. This chapter mainly basis on positive research, from market supplying and demanding, universities increased enrollment, the subject of professional adjustment, employment guidance services, graduates student, career expectations, the overall quality of students, analyzing the factors that affect the employment of graduates. The fourth chapter is mainly about the countermeasures and suggestions on the graduates employment problems of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China Zhongshan Institute. Including national strategies, tactics and graduate school strategies.This paper's fresh idea lies in:1. The investigation sample is reasonable. There are 385 effective samples for the pharmaceutical engineering graduates employment of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China Zhongshan Institute of 2008, including gender, region and so on.2. Improved methods. The survey, adopting the SPSS statistical software and EXCEL multi-factor analysis, sorting all the kinds of impact factors that getting from the investigation, finding out the most important factor that affects the employment of graduates. It makes greater improvement on research methods compared with the previous similar studies.
