Correlation Study Of Psychological Factors IL-6 And The Patients Of Professional Womans With Late-onset Acne And The Clinical Efficacy Of ShuGanQingRe Decoction

Objective: To observe the correlation of psychological factors and IL-6 on the patients with late-onset acne of professional womans and the therapy effect of ShuGanQingRe(SGQR) decoction, and to discusss the possible function mechanisms, and to disclose the significant effect of the psychological factors in the professional Women with late-onset acne.Method: 60 patients were divided randomly into therapy group(SGQR decoction)and the control group(Tanshinone group). Before treatment and after treatment of 6 weeks, the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) were evaluated. At the same time 20 health people wered selected as a health control group. The concentration of IL-6 in peripheral blood of all patients were detected before and behind the treatment using double antibody sandwich ELISA, and were compared with the IL-6 concentration level of health people.Results: Both SGQR decoction group and Tanshinone group have the symptom of anxiety and nervosity before treatment, and IL-6 concentration level in peripheral blood is obviously higher than health control group, the discrepancy is distinct (P<0.05). IL-6 level of the therapy group is evidently reduced after treatment, the discrepancy is distinct (P<0.05), although not resume healthy, the grade of nervosity also descend. The control group's IL-6 level declines after the treatment, but the discrepancy is not obvious (P>0.05), the difference of nervous grade is tenuous after treatment . The therapy group's recovery rate is 60.0%, the effective rate is 93.3%, the control group's recovery rate is 46.67%, the effective rate is 70.0%, the therapy group's curative effect is clearly precede the control group, the difference between them is prominent (P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients of the professional Women with late-onset acne behave the emotional abnormity such as anxiety and nervosity, and the IL-6 concentration level in peripheral blood is obviously enhanced, they assume positive pertinence. SGQR decoction can ameliorate the patient's emotional abnormally state, one of the therapy effect mechanisms may contribute to disperse the depressed liver - energy and dispel the gloomy and modulate mental by adjusting the serum IL-6 level.
