The Study Of The Mechanism Of Gene Express Relating To Floss's Apoptosis After Medical Abortion With The Gongqing Granula

Objective:To discuss the mechanism of gene express relating to floss's apoptosis after the medical abortion with the Gongqing granula.Methods:240 patients were divided into four groups randomly:groupâ… taking Gongqing granula during medical abortion,groupâ…¡taking Qianzhi granula during medical abortion,groupâ…¢taking mifepristone with misoprostol and groupâ…£taking induced abortion.The clinical symptoms and signs of each group were observed and targets such as Bax,Bcl-2,Fas, FasL were measured.Results:The effect of the groupâ… was better than that of the groupâ…¡or the groupâ…¢,the difference between the groupâ… and the groupâ…¡or the groupâ…¢was significant(P<0.01).The time excluding the floss was shorter than that of the groupâ…¡and the groupâ…¢,the difference between the groupâ… and the groupâ…¡or the groupâ…¢was significant(P<0.01).The amount of the lochia of the groupâ… was shorter than that of the groupâ…¡and the groupâ…¢,the difference between the groupâ… and the groupâ…¡was significant(P<0.01),the difference between the groupâ… and the groupâ…¢was significant(P<0.01).The period of the lochia of the groupâ… was shorter than that of the groupâ…¡and the groupâ…¢,the difference between the groupâ… and the groupâ…¡was not significant(P>0.05),the difference between the groupâ… and the groupâ…¢was significant(P<0.01).The index such as Bax,Fas,FasL of the groupâ… was lower than that of the groupâ…¡or the group,the difference between the groupâ… and the groupâ…¡or the groupâ…¢was significant(P<0.01).The index liking Bcl-2 of the groupâ… is higher than that of the groupâ…¡or the groupâ…¢or groupâ…£,the differenceâ… between the groupâ…¡or the groupâ…¢or the groupâ…£was significant(P<0.01).Conclusions: Gongqing granula had the effect of decreasing the lochia of the medical abortion.Its functions such as promoting the excluding of the floss,shorting the time and the amount of the lochia after the medical abortion were related to the function that it can induce the apoptosis of the cell of the floss and the decidua.
