Shrinkage Gongqing Stasis Party Prevention And Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Of Lochia After Medical Abortion On Clinical Reseacrh

Objective: Through clinical observation, this study to investigate on the shrinkageGongQing stasis party and caused by intrauterine residual rate of vaginal bleeding afterdrug abortion, further explore its action mechanism, provide lochia after medical abortionof patients with safe and effective method of prevention and cure.Methods: This study will be included in the60patients after drug abortion patientswere randomly divided into experimental group and control group30cases each. Giveshrinkage GongQing stasis party group, control group given soft capsule of motherwort,observe two groups of patients, the number of days of vaginal bleeding, vaginal bleedingamount and further observation caused by intrauterine residue, TCM symptoms ofindividual and total score changes (before-) after treatment, blood coagulation functionand hemoglobin before and after the treatment, the condition of the course of treatment, therelationship between age, pregnant time and curative effect, agger after menstrual cycle,duration, menstrual quantity.Results: In terms of shortening the duration of vaginal bleeding, treatment groupcompared with control group with significant difference (P <0.05). Reduce vaginalhaemorrhage amount after medicine flows, experimental group compared with controlgroup with significant difference (P <0.05). Caused by intrauterine residue, only onecaused by intrauterine residue in the experimental group, the residual rate of3.3%, controlgroup5cases caused by intrauterine residue, the residue rate was16.7%, the experimentalgroup compared with control group (P>0.05), there was no significant difference, may berelated to sample size. In improving patients with systemic symptoms, treatment grouptotal effective rate was96.7%, while the control group the total effective rate was73.3%,the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group. Experimental group and control group after treatment individual symptom integral and total integralcomparison, there are significant differences (P <0.01), the experimental group and controlgroup after treatment the symptoms have improved significantly. Experimental group andthe control group after treatment single symptom integral and total integral comparisonafter treatment, there are significant differences (P <0.01), the experimental group is betterthan that of control group in terms of individual symptoms improve. In terms of bloodcoagulation function and hemoglobin, two groups before treatment and after treatmentthere was no significant difference (P>0.05). In terms of efficacy, pregnant timecorrelation between therapeutic effect and age, pregnant times, the more the worse curativeeffect.Conclusion: Shrink GongQing stasis in shortening the time of vaginal bleeding,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, TCM symptom and systemic symptomimprovement aspect has obvious curative effect. The menstruation after medicine flowsdouble tide time, period and have no effect on the quantity.
