| Objective:This study is to observe the clinical effect of Chumo Zhuyu Decoction on improving the complete abortion rate of drug flow,in order to seek the method to improve the abortion rate of drug flow and summarize the clinical experience of the supervisor.Methods:Take the method of randomized controlled,the medical abortion patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table,with 33 cases in each group.The treatment group was given mifepristone and misoprostol for drug abortion,the patient was treated by removing membrane and Chumo Zhuyu decoction.The control group was given mifepristone and misoprostol for drug flow.The clinical efficacy observation table was filled in to observe the complete medical abortion rate of patients with drug flow,vaginal bleeding after drug flow,recurrent menstruation,as well as the routine blood,urine,feces,liver and kidney function,ECG and other safety indicators,and statistically analyze the clinical efficacy of different methods.Result:1.A total of 66 patients were included in this study,of which 64 patients completed clinical observation.Results the trial was completed in 96.9%of the patiens,2 patients withdrew in the treatment group and 2 patients in the control group who were not followed up to see the regurgitation of menstruation after drug flow;but none for the intolerable therapy.2.The comparison of complete abortion rate of drug flow:the treatment group medicine flow completely miscarriage rate was 87.1%,the control medicine flow completely miscarriage rate was 63.6%,the treatment group and control group in medicine flow completely miscarriage rate difference has statistical significant(P=0.036<0.05),treatment group medicine flow miscarriage rate is higher than the control group,completely in addition to the membrane by Chumo Zhuyu Decoction in improving medicine has significant curative effect on the flow rate of complete medical abortion.3.Comparison of the duration of vaginal bleeding after drug flow:the average duration of vaginal bleeding after drug flow in the treatment group was 12.55±3.01 days,and that in the control group was 14.94±2.284 days.It can be seen from the results that the duration of overall vaginal bleeding in the Ming treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P=0.002<0.05).The results indicated that the Chumo Zhuyu Decoction could effectively shorten the time of vaginal bleeding after drug drainage.4.Comparison of the amount of vaginal bleeding after drug flow:the score of vaginal bleeding was calculated according to the vaginal bleeding record card(formulated according to PBAC method).The average score of vaginal bleeding in the treatment group was 45.35±3.352,and that in the control group was 47.67±4.329.Chumo Zhuyu Decoction could reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding after drug flow(P=0.018<0.05).5.Comparison of the time of menstrual relapse after drug flow:The time of menstrual relapse after drug flow in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(Z=1.986,P=0.047<0.05).Removing membrane Chumo Zhuyu Decoction can shorten the time of menstruation after drug flow.6.Comparison of recurrent menstrual flow after drug flow:8 cases in the treatment group and 10 cases in the control group had less vaginal bleeding after drug flow than normal menstrual flow;There were 20 cases in the treatment group and 17 cases in the control group has same amount of vaginal bleeding as before.There were 3 cases in the treatment group and 4 cases in the control group has more amount of vaginal bleeding as before.Chumo Zhuyu Decoction had no significant effect on menstrual recurrent tidal volume after drug flow(χ~2=0.608,P>0.05).7.Safety analysis:During the period of medication,blood,urine,feces routine,liver and kidney function,ECG and other indexes of patients in the two groups were all in the normal range,and the treatment methods in the two groups were safe.Conclusion:Chumo Zhuyu Decoction can effectively improve the complete abortion rate of drug flow,shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding,and has no obvious adverse reactions.It is clinically safe and effective.At the same time,it has a significant effect on shortening the time of menstruation after drug flow,but has no significant effect on the amount of menstruation after drug flow. |
