Clinical Study Of Treating Child's Chronic Nasosinusitis Of Pulmonosplenic Qi With Chinese Crude Drug Alliance Negative Pressure's Displace Of Paranasal Sinus

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Chinese crude drug combining negative pressure's displace of paranasal sinus,to discuss the effects and affection on curing the phlogosis of chronic rhinosinusitis and the function recovering of the hairy in the nose.Method Divide 55 children who meet the standard into two groups:group A 27 cases, and group B 28 cases.The therapeutic methods of treatment group:Chinese medicine plus negative pressure's displace of paranasal sinus(at same time,add antibiotic to the nose) dripping in the nose;The therapeutic methods of comparing group:make use of the former exchanging method plus antibiotic and dripping in the nose.Seven days would make a treatment-process,and take it continually for 3 treatment-processes.Drug-using of treatment group:have the bi～yuan～gu～ben～tang add water and boil it to 200ml,take it one dose a day in two times:in the morning and in the afternoon;Drug-using of comparing group:dissolve the kernel of cefadroxil in the water whose temperature may under 40 degree centigrade,and take it.Take it two times a day according to 30mg/kg one' body weight.The treatment group and the comparing group should conduct negative pressure's displace of paranasal sinus treatment together,and make it seven times in fourteen days,that is,a time in two days;make dripping in nose(Chloramphenicol Eye Drops+decaesadril).Results1.Clinical symptom,the effects on body condition:on snot of pus,the feeling of dry in the nose,the treatment group is much better than the comparing group(p＜0.05).So is on the weakness of one's body,(p＞0.05).2.The inspection of endoscope of nose:The treatment group is better than the comparing group(p＜0.01).3.The sugar experiment:the treatment group is better than the comparing group(p＜0.05). Conclusions1.The treatment group is more effective than comparing group on the improving of the health condition.2.The treatment group is more effective than comparing group on recovering of phloqosis nose's nucous and function recovering(the recovering of nasal hairy).3.The treatment group is much better or equal to the comparing group...
