Objective:to study the relation between the change of part temperature in the patient of cp/cpps(chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndromes),to explore if the part temperature change is able to act as the objective index to ascertain the type of traditional Chinese medicine in cp/cpps patient.Method:we choose 30 patients with Liver—stasis Syndrome and 30 patients with blood—stasis Syndrome who saw a doctor with CP/CPPS in the andrology of the hospital in the time from 2007.2.1 to 2008.2.1 with checking random digital,their average ages are 32.05±5.35(18～45).The contol group is composed of 30 patients who examined physical in the andrology of the hospital in the same time.their average ages are 29.72±5.63 years(19～42).There are not different of age,work,education,and so on,in the three groups.we have made a special table,then the researcher measured the temperature of patients and finished the table.After the data collection had ended,carries on by the specialized statistical personnel reorganizes and counts with spss 13.0.Results:1,Three group of patient buttocks partial temperature value not obvious difference,does not have statistics significance.2,The CP/CPPS patient buttocks ache spot temperature and the neighbouring area skin temperature difference is higher than the control group roughly corresponding spot obviously the temperature difference,has statistics significance.3,The Liver—stasis Syndrome group ache spot temperature and the neighbouring area skin temperature difference is lower than the blood—stasis Syndrome group ache spot temperature and the neighbouring area skin temperature difference,has statistics significance.Conclusion:1,The masculine buttocks local temperature possibly has certain scope value,but is unable a certificate temperature value determination male whether a male is a CP/CPPS patient;2,in the CP/CPPS patient with the two-sided buttocks ache,the buttocks ache spot temperature is higher than the neighbouring area normal skin temperature obviously,therefore it is possibly helpful through the temperature difference in determines the CP/CPPS patient ache objective existence ache,and is helpful to a certain extent to Liver—stasis Syndrome, Liver—stasis Syndrome distinction.
