Clinical Application Study On Jiangya Yin In Treating Hypertension

Objective:To observe the therapeatic effect of jiangya yin in treating ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang.To study the functioning theory of jiangya yin with the purpose of supplying clinic and theoretic basis for the popularizing and exploiting the medicine as well as benefiting hypertension patients.Methods:50patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups:26 patients in treatment group and 24 patients in control group.The treatment group wastreated with jiangya yin,meanwhile in the control group, the patients took niuhuang antihypertension pill for four weeks as a course Of treatment. After four weeks the result is observed,Result:The comprehensive comparison after the two types of treatment:The total effective rate of the two groups has got statistic significance after analyzing(P<0.05).The treatment group is more effective than the control group.It has obvious effect on lowering the blood pressure(BP),restoring blood pressure circadian rhythm,decreasing ET-1 and TXB₂ while increasing NO and 6-keto-PGF_1α in serum,improving the general symptoms and improving hemorheolgy.The conclusion is the recurring rate of the control group is higher than that of the treatment group.Conclusion:The comprehensive curative effect of jiangya yin in the treating of hypertension,cumulative scoring of clinic symptom,is much beter than niuhuang antihypertension capsuales.
