Study On Chinese Medicine Tengfu Jiangya Recipe Interfering With Nailfold Microcirculation In Hypertension Liver-yang Hyperactivity Syndrome

Objiective: To observe the effect of Tengfu Jiangya Recipe on the abnormal changes of nail fold microcirculation in patients with hypertension liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome,as well as the improvement effect on blood pressure and symptoms of the patients,so as to clarify the clinical application value of Tengfu Jiangya Recipe.Methods: 60 grade 1 hypertensive patients with nailfold microcirculation disorder with hyperactivity of liver-yang syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group,the experimental group was treated with Tengfu Jiangya decoction,and the control group was treated with Valsartan Capsule(Daiwen),and the changes of blood pressure,TCM clinical symptoms and nailfold microcirculation before and after treatment were observed.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of nailfold microcirculation(morphological score,flow state score,loop score and total score),blood pressure and TCM syndrome scores in the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).),the two groups had no significant difference in the efficacy of nailfold microcirculation scores(morphological score,flow state score,loop score and total score),blood pressure,and TCM syndrome score(P>0.05),and no adverse events occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:Tengfu Jiangya Recipe can significantly improve nailfold microcirculation disorders and clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and effectively control blood pressure.Compared with valsartan capsules,its efficacy has no significant difference,and no obvious adverse reactions are found.It can be used as an effective and safe drug for the clinical treatment of nail fold microcirculation disorder of hypertension liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome.
