The Clinical Study Of Treatingim Accompanying CAG(Weakness Of The Spleen And Stomach) By Combining Jianpiyiei Decoction With Restraining HP

Objective:To probe into the clinical curative effect and security of the treatment to treat IM accompanying CAG(weakness of the spleen and stomach)by combining Jianpiyiei decoction with restraining HP.Methods:According to the principle of random,to choose 60 cases of IM accompanying CAG(weakness of the spleen and stomach)patients who are divided into treatment group and against group.Both the groups are 30 patients.The patients of treatment group take Jianpiyiwei decoction.The patients of against group take VC,VE,β-Carotene.Both of the times of therapy of two groups are three months.At the fist week of the times of therapy of two groups,both of the patiens of two groups are cured with restraining HP.During the times of therapy,all patients must not take other medicines.Both of all patients must take gastroscopy,dyeing-gastroscopy, pathology and HP examination;take,blood,urine,excrement,liver function and kidney function test before a week at the beginning of the the time of therapy and after a week at the end of the the time of therapy.Result:After the time of therapy,the appearance of gastroscopy and dyeing-gastroscopy were improved,however,the appearance of treatment surpassed the appearance of against group clearly(P=0.01);There is a distinct appearance between two groups about the change of the appearance of gastroscopy and dyeing-gastroscopy and the rate of the change of the appearance of gastroscopy and dyeing-gastroscopy,the appearance of treatment surpassed the appearance of against group clearly(P＜0.001,P=0.001).The security of the two groups is not significant different.Conclusion:1.The treatment of combining Jianpiyiei decoction with restraining HP can improve the atropy of gastic mucosa.2.The treatment can obviously improve the IM of gastric mucosa.
