The Clinical Study About Jian Pi Yi Wei Decoction And H.Pylori Eradication Treament's Effect On Syndrome Of Chinese Medicine In The Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Of Spleen-Stomach Deficiency Syndrome

Objectives:To observe the effect of Jian Pi Yi Wei Decoction and anti-helicobacter pylori treatment on the symptom of Chinese Medicine in the chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome.Methods:60 cases of CAG of spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome(helicobacter pylori positive)were divided into two groups randomly.30 cases in treatment group(Jian Pi Yi Wei Decoction and anti-helicobacter pylori treatment),30 cases in conrtol group(anti-helicobacter pylori and anti-oxidation treatment),the period of treatment was 3 months.Investigating the improvement of the symptom of Chinese Medicine(atrophy of gastric)between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of improvement of symptoms of Chinese medicine in the treatment group is 93.33%after treatment,while it is 80.00%in the control group,the difference between the two groups is significant, and it is better in the treatment group than in the control group.The difference of the scores of every symptom in treatment group is significant before and after treating for 2weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks,12 weeks.While there is no significant difference before and after treating for 2 weeks in the control group.The Hp eradication rate of the treatment group is 73.33%after treatment,while it is 70.00%in the control group,there is no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Integrated Jian Pi Yi Wei Decoction and anti-helicobacter pylori could improve the symptom of Chinese medicine,the effect is superior to the anti-helicobacter pylori and anti-oxidation treatment.The two therapies are equivalent in eradicating Hp infection.The clinical study is good safety.
