Research purposes:On the basis of previous studies, We investigated undergraduates using Williams's "creativity Scale" and kolb's "Learning Styles Inventory".then we analicied their creativity tendency of learning style. We tended to explore the relevance between creativity tendency and the learning style, and make qualitative analysis, in order to explore the best learning style so as to promote creativity tendency for college students ,it is also provide practical guidance and theoretical basis to the reform of nursing education, corresponding to the mode of teaching to improve their creativity tendency. Research Target:We Extracted in stratified random total 586 clinical and Nursing undergraduate students from 2 medicine college in Shanxi Province, who are undergraduates through the national Tong Zhao, of which 495 were female, 91 were male; 396 are Nursing undergraduates, 190 clinical medicine undergraduates; freshman 308, junior 278; 406 undergraduates in medicine college 1, 180 undergraduates in medical colleges 2 . In addition, we extracted in stratified random 99 Registered Nurse who published an article on "Nursing Research" between July in 2006 and July in 2007 as the first author whose Qualifications were undergraduate.Methods:We used A questionnaire survey and used a description of the results of the survey results and we also used SPSS13.0 software taked t-test, Multivariate Tests and multinomial Logistic.Research results:1. The clinical medicine Undergraduates'points of the creativity tendency were 162.93±19.50, the points of nursing profession undergraduates were 156.96±20.25, between the two have significant differences ,the medicine students'score tended to higher than that of nursing students ; the Undergraduates'points of creativity tendency in schools 1 were 159.90±19.87, schools 2's were 154.94±20.51, the undergraduate's score in school 1 was higher than in school 2, There was significant difference between the two schools, but There was no significant difference in the grade, gender and occupation. In sub-latitudes of creativity tendency, the score of challenges of curiosity of the undergraduates in schools were higher than the undergraduates in schools;in professional, the score of risk,challenges and curiosity of the clinical medicine undergraduates were higher than the nursing undergraduates ; the score of nursing students'imagination was higher than that of clinical nurses, the score of clinical nurses'challenges of curiosity were higher than that of nursing students,but there was no significant difference in grades and genders.2. Generally speaking, on the type of study style, the assimilation was of the largest, with the assimilation of nursing students tend to 48% and to 36% for clinical nurses, the number of follow was least . There was no significant difference in the schools, professional, role, grade, gender Inter about the learning process preference;in the sense of information they all tended to abstract concept, in the information processing they all inclined to reflect and observation. There were significant differences in the perception of information between Clinical nurses and nursing students, nursing students more inclined to specific experience in information processing nursing than clinical nurses, students more inclined to take the initiative to practice than clinical nurses.In the schools, professional, grade, There WAs no significant gender differences.3. There was relevance between Learning style and creativity tendency ,the correlation coefficient was 0.235, the greatest correlation coefficient was 0.1683 between specific experience and imagination .From the student's findings, the relevant Coefficient was 0.215, the greatest correlation coefficient was 0.250 between abstract concept in the process of learning style and curiosity in creativity tendency ;From the clinical nurses findings, the correlation coefficient was 0.531, The relevance of the greatest correlation coefficient was 0.2913 between specific experience and adventure .Research Conclusion:1. This study suggested that the nursing Undergraduates'overall score of creativity tendency was relatively lower compared to clinical medicine Undergraduates,.2. This study suggested that there were some differences in the learning process between nursing Undergraduates and clinical nurses ,so the medical colleges should promot nursing students'observe and reflect on the abstract concept of learning style.3. There was relevance between the two latitudes in Perceptual information of learning style and creativity tendency, it is to say, Concrete Experience is a certain positive role to adventurism and the imagination of creativity tendency ,and the abstract concept is a certain positive role to curiosity of creativity tendency. Therefore, in the nursing teaching teachers should pay attention to guiding the tendency ofabstraction, so to balance on the specific experience and abstract concept in the processing of information of nursing students, so as to help nursing students create innovative learning style.
