Study On The Expression Of CD10 And Survivin In Thyroid Carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the expression of CD10 and a novel apoptosis inhibitory gene survivin in thyroid carcinoma and their relationship with pathological parameters.Materials and Methods:The expression of CD10 and survivln are detected by immunohistochemistry S-P method in 56 specimens of thyroid carcinoma and 20 specimens of thyroid benign lesion.X~2-test was used for statistical analysis of research datas.There was statistical significance when p＜0.05 occurred.Results:1,The Positive rate of expression of CD10 in thyroid carcinoma was 48.2%,The Positive rate of expression of CD10 was 10.0%in thyroid benign lesion.The Positive rate of expression of survivin was 67.9%in thyroid carcinoma,The Positive rate of expression of survivin was 25.0%in thyroid benign lesion.The difference is significant(P＜0.05).2,No significant relationship was found between the expression of CD10 and survivin and age,sex,tumour size(＜1cm,1-4cm,＞4cm),extra thyroidal invasion and TNM stages.(P＞0.05).3,The positive rate of expression of CD10 in thyroid carcinoma with lymph node metastasis was 58.3%,while it was 30%in group of without lymph node metastasis.The difference is significant(p＜0.05).The positive rates of expression of survivin in thyroid carcinomas with lymph node metastasis was 80.6%,while it was 45.0%in group of without lymph nodes metastasis.The differences are significant(p＜0.05).Conclusion:1,CD10 and survivin over-expression in thyroid carcinoma, high expression of CD10 and survivin in thyroid tissue could be a marker of thyroid carcinoma.2,The expression of CD10 and survivin in thyroid carcinoma have not correlation with age,sex,tumour size(＜1cm,1-4cm,＞4cm),extra thyroidal invasion and TNM stages.3,The expression of CD10 and survivin in thyroid carcinoma correlates with lymph nodes metastasis significantly.4,The expression of CD10 and survivin is positive linear corelation in thyroid carcinoma.
