A Clinical Study On The Effect Of Prescription Of Chushi Juanbi In Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objection:To evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety of Prescription of steaming therapy on Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA),and than take a new direction for Chinese medical exterior treatment,to privde the suitable and comprehensive therapeutic plan for patients with RA.Methods:According to the diagnosis standards in "The American rheumatism association 1987 revised criteria for the classification of rheumatoid arthritis",60 patients were therapied in our hospital.They were randomly devidved into two groups-the treated group and the controlled group. Pre-treatment and post-treatment were scored separately,and then evaluate the clinical curative effect and safety,analysis the evaluation result.In this study,we use ARA20 which was recommended as the evaluation standard.Results:The results show that,1.compared with before treatment,the treated group and controlled group have significant differences in swelling joint,paining joint,scores of VAS,score of HAQ,time of morning stiffness,and ESR,CRP.(P＜0.01)2.after treatment,compared with controlled group,the treated group has significant difference in paining joint,scores of VAS,score of HAQ(P＜0.05)3.after treatment,compared with controlled group,the treated group has no significant in swelling joint,ESR and CRP(P＞0.05).4.there are 26 samples(86.7%)in treated group meeting with the standard of ACR20,there are 24 samples(80.0%)in treated group meeting with the standard of ACR20.5.there is not observed side effect in the two groups during the treating process. Conclusion:(1)Prescription of Chushijuanbi steaming therapy could reduce the number of paining joint and suferring,improve the patients' living quality.(2)Prescription of Chushijuanbi steaming therapy has no adverse reaction.
