Objective:To study the prioritization scheme about the treatment of acupuncture and rehabilitation treat hemiparalysis after cerebral infarction. Methods :Ninty cases were randomly devided into nine groups. The four factors were the times of acupuncture opportunity(A), acupoint selection method(B), course of treatment(C), rehabilitation treatment(D), and their corresponding three levels, which were adopted respectively in treatment of every group. The Fugl-Meyer integral, nerve function defect integral and ADL integral were observed before and after treatment. Results:Acupoint selection method(B) and rehabilitation treatment(D) have significant effects on Fugl-Meyer integral, nerve function defect integral and ADL integral(P<0.05). For Fugl-Meyer integral, the perfect plan is D3B3A1C3(motor relearning program, the cluster needling of scalp point combine to Anti- spasm Acupuncture Method, diseased within 14 days, treat 60 days); For nerve function defect integral, the perfect plan is D3B3A1C3 or D2B3A1C3((motor relearning program, the cluster needling of scalp point combine to Anti- spasm Acupuncture Method, diseased within 14 days, treat 45 or 60 days); For ADL integral, the perfect plan is D3B3A1C3(motor relearning program, the cluster needling of scalp point combine to Anti-spasm Acupuncture Method, diseased within 14 days, treat 60 days)Conclusion: The patient who with disease within 14 days, adopt the treatment method of the cluster needling of scalp point combine to Anti-spasm Acupuncture Method, motor relearning program, treat 60 days is the best program. This prioritization scheme can improve the symptom of the motor function and the defect of nerve function effectively and the ability of activities of daily living.
