Randomly selected cases of 30 cases are included in the control group,with the same period in the fever outpatient conditions of this study.The direction of scraping measles is vertical in the skin and from downward.Results: The test cases were included 60 cases (one case of loss cases excluding all),without excluding cases.The treatment group included 30 patients scraped measles. After the treatment, there were 11 patients with obviously effect, 13 patients with general effect and 6 patients with none effect among 30 cases in treatment group, the total effectiveness level was 80%. While there were 6 patients with obviously effect, 10 patients with general effect and 14 patients with none effect among 30 cases in control group, the total effectiveness level was 53.33%. Ridit test showed that there was significant difference between these two groups,P<0.05.The scraping measles effect in treatment group excelled that in control group. There was not any untoward effect in these two groups.Conclusion:The method of scraping measles has no side effect, which was easily accepted by patients. People can learn it rapidly and easily. Therefore, it will be of great value for prevention and treatment of amblyopic.
