| Objective;To discuss the reliability of C-erbB-2,Ki67 inspected by fine-needle aspiration(FNA)and immuncocy to chemical assay(ICA) before operation,it may help surgery master the situation of breast cancer before operation,and help the treatment of breast cancer patients.Which can help clinical docters to choose the medicine for general treatment,and enhance the rate of the cure for breast cancer patients.Methods;In 31 cases of breast cancer,contrast the expression of C-erbB-2,Ki67 by fine-needle aspiration 'cell with immunocellology before operation to the expression of C-erbB-2,Ki67 with immunohistochemistry after operation in breast cancer,and analyse the results and results of cliniopathological factors together.Results; The positive rate of Ki67 was 77.42% before operation,and that of Ki67 was 93.55 % in breast cancer after operation.The positive rate of C-erbB-2 was 35.48% before operation and that of C-erbB-2 was 38.71% in breast cancer after operation.The expression of Ki67 do not relate to age,tumor size,and lymph node status(P>0.05).In addition,the expression of Ki76 had a positive correlation with the expressions of C-erbB-2(P<0.05)Conclusion;The expression of Ki67 is an objective biological marker for estimating the occurrence and progression of breast cancer.The expression of C-erbB-2 is an biological marker for estimating the prognosis of breast cancer.Inspection of C-erbB-2 and Ki67 by thin nail before operation was reliable,which was a guidance for preoperative chemotherapy. |
