Closed Poking Sanders â…¡ Calcaneal Fractures With Open Reduction And Pin Fixation In The Treatment Effect

Objective: SandersII-type calcaneal fractures gait analysis and evaluation by the closure poking reduction and two open reduction and pin fixation Advantages and disadvantages of different operations.Methods: In 20 normal subjects were drawn normal gait analysis, poking reduction were selected for closure and 20, Open reduction and internal fixation pin 20 cases observed gait analysis to evaluate the results.Results: two cases with normal gait gait group differences, no significant differences between the two groups, the same therapeutic effect. However, open reduction and internal fixation pins poking closed reduction surgery group than the group appeared more postoperative complications.Conclusion: For SandersII-type of calcaneal fractures, closing poking reduction was better than open reduction and internal fixation pin. For calcaneal fracture ,closing poking reduction was a simple, effective and economic treatment method.
