| Purpose: To contrast percutaneous prying reset hollow nail inside fixed andopen reduction plate internal fixed treatment Sanders Ⅱ type calcanealfractures, this paper discusses the effect of Sanders Ⅱ type with bone fracturetreatment.Material and method: A retrospective study of Orthopaedic hospital wardof trauma3October2011to January2013were45cases of Sanders Ⅱ type withbone fracture patients,4cases of lost to follow-up. The treatment group usedprying reset hollow nail inside fixed, the male in14cases, female in7patients,a total of21cases). The comparison group USES the open reduction and internalimmovability, including12cases of male, female8cases, a total of twenty cases.Followed up for2~12months, an average of5.6months.Results: Two groups of patients were in8~14weeks to heal standard, healingrate is100%. The comparison of statistics:(1) with bone width: before and aftersurgery in the group is p <0.01, with statistical significance; Preoperativegroup is compared between p>0.05, no statistical significance; The group iscompared between p>0.05, no statistical difference.(2) with bone height:before and after surgery in the group is p <0.01, with statistical significance;Preoperative group is compared between p>0.05, no statistical significance; The group is compared between p>0.05, no statistical difference.(3) BohlerAngle: before and after surgery in the group is p <0.01, with statisticalsignificance; Preoperative group is compared between p>0.05, no statisticalsignificance; The comparison between groups p <0.05, statistically significant.(4) Gissane Angle: before and after surgery in the group is p <0.01, withstatistical significance; Preoperative group is compared between p>0.05, nostatistical significance; The group is compared between p>0.05, no statisticaldifference.(5) the symptom score and the curative effect, p>0.05, no statistical difference.(6) the postoperative complications: p <0.05, thereis obvious difference, the treatment group is less than the control group ofcomplications.(7) in operation time, length of hospital stay and cost, thetreatment group better than in control group. Conclusion: Percutaneous prying reduction and internal fixation with hollownail and plate internal fixation to Sanders Ⅱ calcaneal fractures, goodresults can be obtained, with bone width, height, Angle of Gissane in recoveryand there is no obvious difference of symptoms and curative effect of scoring, but recovery calcaneal Bohler Angle of open reduction and plate internal fixationhas advantage, and in the postoperative complications, operative time, hospitalization time and cost aspects of percutaneous prying reduction andinternal fixation with hollow nail has the edge. Therefore percutaneous pryingreset cannulated screw fixation for grassroots hospitals. |
