Clinical And Experiment Studies On Juvenile Bronchial Asthma Treated With Xiao Chuan Pill

Objective:TO probe into the management method and prescription by the theory of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and clinical and experiment studies.To observe the clinical and experiment effect of Xiao Chuan Pill(XCP) and investigate the treatment mechanism to bronchial asthma.Methods: According to symptom-complex feature of cold property of drug asthma of children, laying prescription, poiesis Xiao Chuan Pill(XCP). children with asthma are randomly divided into 2 groups, treated with XCP, Bricanyl Tablets respectively, observing change of the children'syndrome, physical sign and laboratory examination. Results: Xiao Chuan Pill(XCP) can obviously relieve clinical symptom of asthmatic attack. Total effective rate: 90.0%, obviously improve ventilation function, degrade EOS in blood and anormaly accrescence of IL-4. The treatment of XCP is batter than Kedimei in resisting spasm and relieving asthma plasm. Conclusion: Experiment conclusion showed XCP can restraint air tube inflammation , lessen air tube stegnosis and gain altus clinic therapeutic effect,facility conservation,relative safety.
