Study On Evaluation Medical Quality Of Clinical Physician

Medical quality evaluation is the center of hospital administration. Without considering the severe degree of cases, traditional medical quality evaluation mixed up ordinary and complex cases together to analyze, unable to reflect the true medical conditions objectively and to exert positive guidance of medical quality control.Adopting the theory and method of case classification, this paper collects the all leave hospital cases between Jan 1st 2000 and Dec 31st 2004 from the three hospitals which affiliated to the Second Military Medical University of PLAand constructs mixing cases variety, then establishes the method to work out standards values for the index of medical quality evaluation firstly, sets up the system of medical quality evaluation by case variety secondly, evaluates the medical quality of clinic physician thirdly.Our findings suggest that the implementation of medical quality control according to case classification is an important innovation in the study of hospital administration, provide a new referential model to evaluate the medical quality of clinic section office and physician fairly and impersonal. Meanwhile, the method is also propitious to perfects invigorative measures such as distributing bonus,promoting the title of a technical post and planting person with ability.The Board of Health in Shanghai had funded this task.
