| Objectives:1. Master of health-related theories and methods such as hospital management, the theory of care variety;2. Grasp of computer-related theories and methods such as data Warehouse, decision support, data integration, data presentation, data security;3. Discussion medical quality management needs based on the theory of case variety, as well as software implementation;4. Proposed the design of system architecture, for the entire Hospital Decision Support System architecture design, and other subjects of the hospital management to provide technical basis of application research;5. Proposed the system design, in order to further promote guidance to the design, development and application for the quality management of medical information systems.Methods:1. Through literature review to obtain computer-related approaches and health theoretical methods, as well as relevant software modules and application situation;2. Through the use of client analysis and theoretical deduction based on deductive method, and the use of functional analysis, process analysis and scenarios analysis based on inductive methodology in computer system analysis methodology, make requirement analysis for software system and verify the requirements using the Prototype methodology;3. Application of object-oriented software design methods, this study was to identify entities in a meaningful and targeted analysis of each object and the state of their own inherent laws and status, as well as the interaction between each object, in order to form the entire Hospital Decision Support System and medical quality management information systems technical architecture based on the theory of case variety.Result:In considering the requirements of medical quality management application found on national conditions in China, and the mainstream information technology, the current situation of the hospital information system development and the actual status of data standard development, make medical quality management information systems design which was based the theory of case variety.Conclusion:Technical architecture has a certain general, ensure the architecture could be use to the subject of other hospital management application systems, and could have model significant to the subject of other hospital management application system. Due to the value of the theory of case variety and the weak modular design of modular design, the system design with a certain degree of feasibility, ensure the architecture have promotion value and replicability.Suggestions:From breadth of view, research the subject of other hospital management application requirement, design system, optimize the overall technical architecture and propose the total solution; from the depth of view, design system in details, design database and research technologies, and implement final product to promote the application. |
