| Objective:To check the effect and the function of the TCM psychological therapy through observing the patients' betterment in their desease and quality of life. Method:The adoption of random choosing,and comparism.Choose the suitable patients randomly,and put 81 of them into the treatment group(treated with TCM Psychological therapy combined with Chinese medicine)and 71 of them into control group(treated with Chinese medicine only).2 months make up one course of treatment.Observe the patients' PASI symptom and their chang according to the TCM comprehensive standards.Then assess their quality of life before and after the treatment by using a survey paper.Outcome:(1)The two groups of patients' PASI has both improved.The treatment group has improved by 88.89%,the control group has improved by 83.10%.The statistic no significance of the gap(P＞0.05).(2)The two groups' comprehensive effect has obviously improved(P＜0.05).The combined effect of the treatment group is superior to that of the control group.(3)After the treatment,the two groups'quality life has both improved with various extent.However,the treatment group's quality of life is higher psychologically and social factor.The control group has improved social factor(p＜0.05).The further research has shown that the treatment group has achieved better clinical effect over the control group.(p＜0.05).Conclusion:TCM psychologycal therapy can not only improve the patients' PASI symptom and TCM score,but also can improve the patients' quality of life.TCM psychologycal therapy can cure patients with regressive psoriasis. |
