Objective:To investigate the relationship between 5-HTTLPR,Stin2,C(-1019)G gene polymorphism and morbility of MD,and search the Susceptible gene combination to MD.Methods:A case-control sample,including 197 patients and 197 controls,was recruited in our study with strict selected standards.PCR was used to detect the polymorphism of 5-HTTLPR,Stin2 and C(-1019)G.The UNPHASED software was used for data analysis.Result1.Results of revelence between 5-HTT,5-HTR1Asingle gene polymorphism and MD There were no significant differences of the distribution of 5-HTTLPR,STin2 and C(-1019)G genotypes and alleles between patients and controls(P>0.05).2.Results of revelence between interaction of 5-HTT,5-HTR1Agene polymorphism and MD①There was a significant difference of allele combination frequency of C(-1019)G and 5-HTTLPR between patients and controls(P<0.05).The frequency of G-S allele Combination in MD group(21.4%)was higher than control(12.4%).②There were no significant differences of allele combination frequency of C(-1019)G and STin2 between patients and controls(P>0.05).③There were no significant differences of allele combination frequency of C(-1019)G, 5-HTTLPR and STin2 between patients and controls(P>0.05).Conclusions:There exists combined effects between C(-1019)G and 5-HTTLPR in Chinese Han.TheG-S allele Combination may raise the risk of morbility of MD. |
