Objective: 1. To investigate the influences of anxiety- depression emotional disorder on inflammatory cytokine in essential hypertension patients.2.To investigate the influence of Venlafaxin to inflammatory cytokines and therapeutic effect in essential hypertension patients with anxiety-depression.3.To elucidate the fact that anxiety-depression emotional disorder may be one of the mechanisms by which it influences the prognostic in EH patients.Methods :1. 90 essential hypertension patients were evaluated by SDS and SAS scales respectively. I randomly divided the subjects with positive results into hypertension anxiety-depression intervention group and nonintervention group, and the subjects with negative results formed the hypertension non anxiety-depression group.the patients in the hypertension non anxiety-depression group and hypertension anxiety-depression nonintervention group were treated by routine anti hypertension therapy ( Amlodipine 5mg/d) , and the patients in hypertension anxiety-depression intervension group were treated by (routine therapy and Venlafaxin 75mg/d) and follow-up visited for 12 weeks. I observed the therapertic effects of lowering blood pressure and SDS,SAS, SF-36 score between hypertension anxiety-depression inventension group and noninvertension group . 2.The plasma levels of IL-6, TNF-αwere measured using enzymatic-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) pre and post medication in hypertension anxiety-depression inventension group and noninvertension group. and serum CRP concentrations were measured using scatter rate nephelometry.Results :1.The SBP and DBP levels of patients in hypertension anxiety-depression intervension group and nonintervension group were lower than pre-medication,but the intervension group declined more than nonintervension group.2.The scores of SDS and SAS in hypertension anxiety-depression intervension group were significantly lower than those in nonintervension group after therapy. 8 item SF-36 scores in hypertension anxiety-depression intervension group were significantly higher than those in nonintervension group after therapy. 2.The plasma levels of IL-6, TNF-α, CRP of patients in hypertension anxiety-depression intervension group and nonintervension group were obviously higher than those in normal healthy group and hypertension non-anxiety-depression group. 3. The plasma levels of IL-6, TNF-α,CRP of patients in hypertension anxiety-depression intervension group and nonintervension group were obviously lower after therapy than pre-medication,and the plasma levels of IL-6, TNF-α,CRP of patients in hypertension anxiety-depression intervension group were declined more obviously than those in nonintervension group.(P <0.01). CONCLUSION 1.The inflammatory cytokine and plasma levels of IL-6, TNF-α, CRP were obviously enhanced in patients of essensial hypertension with anxiety-depression emotional disorder.2 The plasma levels of IL-6, TNF-α,CRP were obviously lower after Venlafaxin treatment than before in essensial hypertension patients with anxiety-depression emotional disorder, and Venlafaxin obviously improved the therapeutic effect of lowering the blood pressure.3. The drug therapy of Venlafaxin could obviously decline the severity extent of anxiety-depression emotional disorder in essensial hypertension patients ,and could improve their life quarlity. |
