Objective : To isolate and purify new antibiotic peptides from Human seminal fluid.Methods: This paper reports the experiment of extracting antibacterial peptide from human sperm. Sephadex G-25 raono-s and Reversephase Hplc C18．The molecule weighe was analyzed by Tricme-SDS-PAGE. Radial agar diffusion assay was used to analyze the antibacterial activities, analyzed by petide mass fingerprinting.Results: The experiment results reval the relative molecular mass of this peptide is 3500．It exhibits different extend of antibacterial to the following screens: Staphylococcus aureus. Escherichia coli, and Candida achicans. It also displays high thermostability, without obivious change in antibacterial activity after treated 60℃water for one hour.Conclusion: Analyzed by petide mass fingerprinting (PMF) . The antibacterial peptide. Can be a kind of new activity peptides.
