To Study The Effect Of Human Seminal Plasma,Natural Prostate Fluid And Chronic Prostatitis Fluid On Tumor And Antimicrobial Activity

Object: To study the effect of human seminal plasma,natural prostatic fluid and fluidof Chronic prostatitis on Prostate gland cancer cell and bladder cancer cell ,except thiswe will measure the ability of antimicrobial activity of them. Method: Adopt cellculture and MTT assay to examine the effect of human seminal plasma,natural prostaticfluid and fluid of Chronic prostatitis on prostate gland cancer cell and the bladder cancercell. Radial agar diffusion assay was used to analyze the antimicrobial activities ofnormal prostatic fluid and fluid of Chronic prostatitis . Result: seminal plasma,naturalprostatic fluid and fluid of Chronic prostatitis have the ability to inhibit the viability andproliferation of prostate gland cancer cell and bladder cancer cell . The most strongeffect was appear at the 48^th hour and have begin to cut down 72th hour. AT 48^th amongthem,we found that the natural prostatic fluid have the most strong inhibitory rate toProstate gland cancer cell and bladder cancer cell and the inhibitory rate of seminalplasma is most weak. On the other hand, The antimicrobial activity of them is mainlyGram-negative bacteria.But the antimicrobial activity of natural prostatic fluid is morestrong than fluid of Chronic prostatitis .conclusion: human seminal plasma,naturalprostatic fluid and fluid of Chronic prostatitis have the ability to inhibit Prostate glandcancer cell that and bladder cancer cell and the antimicrobial activity is mainlyGram-negative bacteria.
