Clinical Research On 20 Patients With Graves' Disease And More Injured Visceras

Objective To investigate the clinical characters of Graves disease and more jnjured visceras, diagnoses, misdiagnoses reasons and the methods of treatment.Methods The clinicsal features of 20 patients with Graves disease and more injured visceras were studies, including clinical manifestations diagnoses reasons and the methods of treatment.Results (1) 20 cases were diagnosed according to the symptoms FT₃, FT₄, STSH, TSAb and thyroid ultrasoic, Graves disease and more injured visceras were diagnosed according to essential examine of laboratory and radiological methods in order to removal other disease lead to more injured visceras.(2) 1 cases were misdiagnosed as coronaty atherosderotic heart disease owing to atrial fibrillation, 1 case were misdiagnosed as autoimmune hepatitis owing to hepatic dysfunction,1 cases were misdiagnosed as chronic diarrhen owing to inappetentence colic dysentery, 1 case were misdiagnosed as peptic ulcer owing to epigastriam. (3) 9 cases were cured with simple medical treatment, 3 cases left against medical advise, 4 cases were cured with ¹³¹I treatment, 1 cases were cured with surgical treatment, 4 cases were cured with areerial embolo therapy,2 cases with severe thyroid storm werecured with blood purification.Conclusion (1) It is important to improve the clinical rate of diagnoses through mastering the clinical feature of Grave's disease and more imjured visceras and using the suitable laboratory and radiological method. (2) medical treatment, ¹³¹I treatment surgical treatment are the effective treatment methods to improve the rate of physic interentional therapy and blood purification can improve the clinical results.
