Objective:To analyze the curative effect of 1311 in in the Yellow River Deltal after Graves' disease treatment,and to explore the related influencing factors affecting its efficacy and occurrence of hypothyroidism,and to provide guidance for the selection of clinical individualized programs.Method:A retrospective analysis of the medical information of 131I from the Department of Endocrinology at the in the Yellow River Delta from January 2010 to December 2014 was complete,met the diagnostic criteria for GD,and indications for 131I treatment.For patients who were initially treated,the effect of thyroid withdrawal was stopped before treatment.Iodine-rate foods and medicines were tested in accordance with the 131I treatment procedure,related to laboratory tests,thyroid weight estimation,and individualized dose determination,and a one-time fasting method was used.A total of 1176 cases were retrospectively analyzed and followed up.Successfully followed cases were evaluated for efficacy and statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.Among the 1176 patients with GD who received 1311 treatment,the complete remission rate was 45.41%within 3 years after treatment,the rate of hypothyroidism was 35.2%,the partial response rate was 15.13%,the ineffective rate was 2.73%,and the recurrence rate was 1.53%;The cure rate was 80.61%,and the total effective rate was 95.74%.2.The history of ATD medication,24h iodine uptake,TgAb,thyroid weight,and iodine dose per gram of thyroid gland were related to 131I treatment of GD(P<0.05);high iodine intake at 24h and iodine dose per gram were positively correlated with cure The OR values were 1.012(1.003 to 1.021)and 1.683(1.278 to 2.216),respectively;there was a positive correlation between the history of ATD medication and thyroid weight,and the OR was 0.519(0.353 to 0.763)and 0.946(0.934 to 0.958),respectively.3.The course of disease,24h iodine uptake rate,TgAb,thyroid weight,and iodine dose per gram of thyroid gland were related to 131I treatment of GD after hypothyroidism(P all less than 0.05);course and thyroid weight were negatively correlated with hypothyroidism,OR values were 0.996(0.994 to 0.999)and 0.980(0.970 to 0.990),respectively.There was a significant positive correlation between 24h iodine uptake and TgAb and hypothyroidism.The OR values were 1.023(1.015 to 1.030)and 1.001(1.000 to 1.001).Conclusion:1.In this study,131I treatment of GD has a good overall effect,with a total cure rate of 80.61%and a total effective rate of 95.74%.2.High iodine intake at 24h,iodine dose per gram of thyroid gland,history of ATD medication,and thyroid weight correlate with 131T treatment of GD.3.The course of disease,TgAb,high iodine uptake at 24h,and thyroid weight were associated with 131I treatment of hypothyroidism after GD.
