| Objective:The aim of our study is to probe into the relation between the gut hormones and banxiaxiexin decoction adjusting gut dyskinesia.Methods:This experiment use the methods of weigh( the stomach whole heavy, stomach net weight), measure( the intestines whole long, the charcoal push forward length) to test the dynamical variety of rat stomach and intestines. Test the variety of gut hormone each part content in the body by Radioimmunoassay. Analyse the influence of banxiaxiexin decoction on the abovementioned index.Conclusions:These results suggest that banxiaxiexin decoction can rivalry not only emptying of the stomach delay and intestines propulsion rate decrease aroused by atropine but also intestines propulsion rate increase aroused by neostigmine.Show that banxiaxiexin decoction have dyadic adjust function to digestive tract dynamic. Banxiaxiexin decoction adjust digestive tract dynamic by increasing GAS of each part atropine model group and down-regulating GAS of each part neostigmine model group. Banxiaxiexin decoction adjust digestive tract dynamic by decreasing VIP of each part atropine model group and increasing VIP of each part neostigmine model group. |
