Objective:The aim of our study is to probe into the relation between the gut hormones and banxiaxiexin decoction adjusting gut dyskinesia.Methods:This experiment use the methods of weigh( the stomach whole heavy, stomach net weight), measure( the intestines whole long, the charcoal push forward length) to test the dynamical variety of rat stomach and intestines. Test the variety of gut hormone each part content in the body by Radioimmunoassay. Analyse the influence of banxiaxiexin decoction on the above-mentioned index.Conclusions:These results suggest that banxiaxiexin decoction can rivalry not only emptying of the. stomach delay and intestines propulsion rate decrease aroused by atropine but also intestines propulsion rate increase aroused by neostigmine.Show that banxiaxiexin decoction have dyadic adjust function to digestive tract dynamic. Banxiaxiexin decoction adjust digestive tract dynamic by increasing MTL of each part atropine model group and down-regulating MTL of each part neostigmine model group. Banxiaxiexin decoction adjust gut dyskinesia by decreasing SS in gut, increasing SS in plasma and hypothalamus of atropine model group;increasing SS in gut, decreasing SS in plasma and hypothalamus of neostigmine model group.
