The Clinical And Experimental Study On Treating Stable Angina Pectoris With The Warming Kidney-Yang And Invigorating Blood Flow Treatment(WKIBFT)

Objective:To observe the efficacy of WKIBFT for Treating the Angina Pectoris of the syndrome of the Yang deficiency and stasis of blood on the clinical symptoms of TCM syndrome,to objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of WKIBFT for treating angina pectoris of CHD.To investigate the protective effect of WKIBFT on acute myocardial ischemia.Methods:Clinical study:30 patients of Yang deficiency and stasis of blood Syndrome treated with the Baoxin capsules were taken random as curative group,other 30 cases treated with the Shengui capsules were taken as control group.The treatment duration was four weeks.The study was made as a randomized control trial. The electrocardiogram(ECG),the conditions of blood,urine,excrement,the liver and renal functions and the blood liquid were.determined,and the attack frequency of angina pectoris,the changes on the TCM symptoms were observed at the beginning and the end of the trial respectively.Experimental study:The model of rats with acute myocardial ischemia was made by sublingual vein injection of Pit and observed the changes of ECG of leadâ…¡.The model of mice with acute myocardial ischemia was made by subcutaneous injection of Iso in order to observe the survival time in normobaric hypoxia of mice in each group. Results:WKIBFT had significant effect on the tongue,the pulse,the TCM syndrome of angina pectoris of Yang deficiency and stasis of blood,changing the ECG of myocardial ischemia.The effect of the Baoxin capsule was better than the effect of the Shengui capsule significantly.The Baoxin capsule opposed significantly the changes of ECG leadâ…¡in acute myocardial ischemia rats induced by Pit.;the Baoxin capsule prolonged significantly the survival time of mouse with acute myocardial ischemia induced by Iso in normobaric hypoxia.;these abilities of the Baoxin capsule were better than those of the Shengui capsule,PNS and TFE.Conclusions:WKIBFT had significant effects on the tongue,the pulse,the TCM symptoms of angina pectoris of Yang deficiency and stasis of blood.Baoxin capsule is a safe and effective new drug of Chinese herbal medicine for angina pectoris of CHD.The Baoxin capsule showed significantly protective effects on acute myocardial ischemia in rats and mouse.The mechanism could be possibly attributed to enhancing the anoxic endurance of economy.So WKIBFT would be a new effective and safe treatment.
