Tilia Mongolica Maxim. is one of the members of Tiliaceae family. Its barks, leaves and flowers can be utilized for the treatment of many diseases. It was reported that T. Mongolica had inhibiting effect on Anoplophora glabripennis. In present researches, by extracting the leaves of T. Mongolica using a series of organic solvents respectively, different kinds of extracts were obtained. Five compounds were isolated from the extracts by utilizing column chromatography, preparative thin layer chromatography(TLC), recrystallization and High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)techniques. The complete structures of compounds were identified by IR, 1D and 2D NMR(1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT, HMQC, HMBC, 1H, 1H-COSY)data and literatures. They areβ-amyrin acetate(Ⅰ), 28a-homo-beta-amyrinacetate(Ⅱ),β-amyrin(Ⅲ, β-sitosterol(Ⅳ), palmitic acid(Ⅴ). Among them, compoundⅡandⅤare isolated from the genus for the first time, andⅡis a novel compound.
