| Objectyive: Researching the chemical constituemts of Tetraena mongolica Maxim which is Tribulus L.,strong drought lesves small shrubs and ground part.Indentify chemical composition contains from Tetraena mongolica Maxim.Mothods: one kilograms of medicine Tetraena mongolica Maxim is extracted with95% ethanol,concentrated ethanol solution,made from the mixed suspension of water.use petroleum ether,trichlormethane,Ethyl acetate,n-butanol for extracting,getting different polarity extraction sites by step-dowm and recover solvent.Isolated and purified to get monomeric compound by using Silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 gel chromatography,Thin layer chromatography(TLC),Preparative high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Identify its structure by physico chemical properties,spectra analysis,comparison and contrast with the reference literature.Results: 11 compounds were separated from midicine Tetraena mongolica Maxim.which have been indentified 11 compounds,which 4 have been indentified from trichlormethane layer,7 from Ethyl acetate layer.Respectively :(1)3,4-Dihydroxybenzaldehyde(2)Catechin(3)--epigallocatechin(4)--gallocatechin(5)8-dihydroxy-1,3,5-trimethoxyxanthone(6)olean-11-oxo-12-en-28-ol-3β-yl-caffeate(7)Quercetin(8)Quercetin3-O-β-D-APG(9)Erythrodiol olean-2-en-3,28-diol(10)Isorhamnrtin-3-O-β-D-APG(11)3-Cyclohexen-1-one,4-[3-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy)butyl]-3,5,5-trimethyl.Conclusions: The topic makes the use of spectrum date for studing the chemical constituents of medicine Tetraena mongolica Maxim.A total of 11 compounds were identified,in which the compound 11 new compounds have not been reported. |
