Clinical Research On Unstable Angina Treated By Bushenyixin Tablet

Backgroud Unstable angina(shortened as UA) which is an clinicalsyndrome between stable angina and acute myocardial infraction, is onetype of Coronary Heart Disease. It has the character of changgenningquikly, which could shift to sudden death or acute myocardical infractionby many factors, threatening the healthy of human and has been drawn muchmore attention from clinical than before, which has become one of thefocuses in cardiovascular research field. UA could be ascribed as "anginaand obstruction of Qi in the chest" in traditional ChineseMedicine(shortened as TCM),which firstly advanced by Zhang Zhong jing inhis famous Medical works《Synopsis of Prescriptions of GoldenCabinet》,Zhang has also pointed out that "insufficiency of Yang" maybethe most important pathogenic mechanism of it.Purpose To observe the effect of Bushenyixin Tablet on UA.Methods According to the random, contrast priciple, from Jan. 2006 toMar. 2007, we collect 49 patients who met the diagnosis Criterion of UA fromThe First Affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM, separatingthem randmoly, 29 toke Bushenyixin Tablet plus standard western medicineas tested group and the rest only toke the standard western medicine ascontrolled group. During in hospital, We observe the change of theirChinese and Western Medicine syndrome,check and review the ECG(electrocardiogram) and do some experimental tests to appraise theirstates.Result In the tested group, 24 has shown remarkable clinical symptomchange, 4 toke a favor and 1 showed no effect, total effective percentageis 96.55％, compared to that of 16,3,1 and 95％in the controlledgroup. Advancement of TCM syndrome remark in the tested group is 73.44％and 58.32％of that in the controlled group, which shows significancedifference(P＜0.05); more than one TCM syndrome types show significancechange in the controlled group (P＜0.05).The improvement in ECG and someexperimental tests show no significance difference between bothgroups(P＞0.05).No worse patients were found in both groups during theobservation. Conclusion Bushenyixin Tablet are safe for UA and can remarkablyimprove more than one type of TCM syndromes, lt is significant to carryout deeper study on this decoction.
