Objective:1, observation through vein material prescription treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina (phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type) of clinical efficacy;2, observation through vein material side effect of blood lipid in patients with dyslipidemia.Materials and methods:in December2011to December2012in our subject inside treated120cases of coronary heart disease unstable angina (phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type) of the patients were randomly divided into treatment group60cases and the control group60cases. To the western medicine treatment group and material prescription treatment of arteries and veins. Control group to pure western medicine and placebo treatment, control group oral: aspirin, once0.1g pesos,1.25~1.25mg daily once, atorvastatin20mg, a placebo100ml,2doses per day. Treatment group in the control group, western medicine therapy on the basis of applying the placebo in vein material prescriptions prescription (agreement), water frying,100ml,2times a conventional two groups observed treatment for14days. Two groups of patients were oral nitroglycerin or at the time of angina pectoris attack intravenous application of nitrate to relieve the pain symptoms. Observed in patients with major symptoms, quality of life, blood lipid (triglyceride, cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (hdl-c), low density lipoprotein), electrocardiogram (ecg) changes, compared two groups of curative effect. Results:treatment group in the clinical curative effect, electrocardiogram (ecg) changes, the change of blood lipid were superior to control group, both has the significant difference (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion:western medicine share unclogged arteries material prescription treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina (phlegm turbidity and blood stasis type) compared with the pure western medicine treatment has better curative effect. Mainly reflected in the improvement of chest distress and chest pain symptoms, electrocardiogram (ecg) changes and the improvement of blood lipids before and after the treatment. |
