Experimental Study On Ping Tiao Yin For Treating Primary Hepatic Carcinoma

Objective:To research the anti-tumor effect and immune functional influence of Ping tiao yin on S180 sarcoma, and the life-prolonging on H22 liver cancer mice , so as to provide experimental foundations to the clinical appliance of ping tiao yin.Methods:Take the male Kun ming mice, (tests to S180 take75, tests to H22 take 50), body weight: 18±2g, which were respectively divided into 5 groups, and make the mold 2nd days to start for the medicine. To S180 mice, after the experiment ended 2nd days to execute, measure its body weight, the spleen, the chest gland and the transplant lump weight, and compute anti-tumor rate, the spleen index, the chest gland index. HE staining, observe the pathogenic changes of tumor cells.To H22 mice, observe the survival time, calculate the life-prolonging rate.Results:①Anti-tumor rate of ping tiao yin to the S180 sarcoma mice remarkably was higher than the model group;②Ping tiao yin compared with the model group and 5-FU treatment group, may cause the index of the chest gland and the spleen to elevate obviously;③Also the survival time of the mice treated by ping tiao yin on H22 was distinctly longer than the model groupand 5-FU treatment group;④All treatment groups could diminish tumor cells and make some tumor cells disappear.Conclusion:Ping tiao yin to S180 sarcoma mice has strongly anti-tumor function, and can obviously enhance organic immune function, but also may prolong the survival time of H22 liver cancer mice, this is a clinical topic which is worth further studying.
