Hyperlipemia is the disease which one or several kinds of fatty substance saturation obviously increase in blood serum or blood plasm. Hyperlipemia not only can change blood viscidity,but also can influence akaryocyte, platelet even heterophase cell aggregation,most important, hyperlipemia can influence blood apparent viscosity,thus cause hemorheological change.There is some study shows: blood fat ,cholesterin ,triesteroyl glycerine and plasma viscosity, serum consistency all assume direct ratio relation. Hyperlipemia can influence blood rheology obviously,cause abnor change in it,to become one of the most important cause of ischemic myocardial or cerebrovascular disease. The basic function of microcirculation is to ensure normal hemoperfusion in tissue and organ, to maintain physiological metabolism and functional activity. Except sufficient pressure gradient and eligible blood vessel caliber, to maintain normal microcirculation also need the blood to keep normal rheology characteristics. Blood rheology obstacle caused by any reasons,even if perfusion pressure and blood vessel caliber within normal limits,because of the increase of blood viscosity, the augmentation of afflux force of resistance, slow-moving of the blood,still may lead to significant decrease of microcirculatory priming volume, insufficient blood supply in tissue and organ,lead to metabolic disorder in part of tissue and organ inevitably,as increase of anaerobic glycolysis, insufficient of competent produce ,accumulation of acidity metabolic product and so on, to result in cellular damage, pathological changes take place. In turn, a variety of diversify cause by microcirculation disturbance, also effect blood rheologic characteristics, finally result in breakdown of erythrocyte deformability, strengthen aggregation, and activate platelet, strengthen adhesiveness and aggregation of platelet, severe pathological changes take place in blood rheology. Therefore, blood rheology obstacle is not only the reason of microcirculation disturbance, but also the consequence, both of them promote each other, form vicious cycle. Recently, with uninterrupt going deep into the study blood rheology, people gradually realize its important sense in clinical medicine, with regard to varieties of disease in every clinical department, especially cardial and cerebrovascular disease in the three kinds of disease which can cause people die or maimed, by making use of blood rheology method, it can direct diagnose,treatment,prophylaxis and prognosis of disease. At present, prevention and cure of cardial and cerebrovascular disease is significance responsibility of medical worker. The department of traditional Chinese medicine in JI LIN university is engaged in the task and creating NXKKFY. NXKKFY is mainly used to prevent and cure cardial and cerebrovascular disease. It can cure the disease and lessen the distress of the patient. The purpose of the experiment is by studying the effect of NXKKFY on blood rheology and microcirculatory of hyperlipemia rats, to make clear of the effect and the reason of the healing of NXKKFY and then to direct the clinical application.Rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, that is the normal(20 rats), the group of model of HL, the control group of ZBT, low-dose group of NXKKFY, midst-dose group of NXKKFY and high dose group of NXKKFY, every group has 12 rats except the normal. The normal feed on normal animal feeds, other 5 group feed on high fat diet .After 8 weeks, the normal killed 10 randomly,other 5 group kill 2 randomly, measured TC,TG ,LDL-C,HDL-C.After making sure the model is right, to feed them as before, intragastric administration every day: the group of model of HL using isotonic Na chloride 2ml, the control group of ZBT using ZBT liquid 2ml, low-dose group of NXKKFY, midst-dose group of NXKKFY and high dose group of NXKKFY using NXKKFY 2ml.After 30days'treatment we anesthetize the rats, sliver the abdomen and detect blood rheology. Observing the impairment of tissue of the liver issue. The result of the experiment is most rats in the model group show the appearance of HL, compared with normal group the difference is significant (P<0.01). Comparing with the group of model of HL,in blood rheology, in the groups of the NXKKFY the whole blood viscosity decrease,the difference is significant (P < 0.01).Rats plasma viscosity all decease, among the total,the effect of high dose group of NXKKFY is the most obviously(p<0.01), midst-dose group of NXKKFY(p< 0.05), low-dose group of NXKKFY has not statistically significant(p>0.05).The whole blood reduced viscosity and HCT decrease,it has statistical significance(p < 0.01); erythrocyte aggregation index decrease, degenerative index increase, the effect of high dose group of NXKKFY is the most obviously(p<0.01), midst-dose group of NXKKFY and low-dose group of NXKKFY(p< 0.05).In microcirculation, arteriole caliber in hign and midst-dose group of NXKKFY and low-dose group of NXKKFY all increase obviously(p<0.01). The effect of high dose group of NXKKFY is the most obviously(p<0.01), compared with the control group of ZBT,has no significant difference. In conclusion,by observing the effect of NXKKFY on blood rheology and microcirculatory in HL rats, this experiment confirm therapeutic action of NXKKFY on blood rheology and microcirculatory in HL rats,improve pathological changes of cardial and cerebrovascular disease,lessen clinical symptom.In the summary, in this experentment we can conclude that NXKKFY can effectually improve whole blood viscosity, blood plasma viscosity, HCT, Erythrocyte aggregation index number, elevate erythrocyte deformability;and it can utilitily improve microcirculation, expand arteriole and improve blood-supply of tissue and organ,effect atherosclerotic happening and advancement,improve microcirculation disturbance caused by hyperlipemia and clinical symptom of cardial and cerebrovascular disease.
