Objective This reserach aims at providing basis for clinical treatment through observing the relationship between the blood rheology index and the degree of pathologic change, reconversion, and syndrome differentiation classification of traditional Chinese medicine, analyzing the characteristics of the dangerous factors and discusssing the prognostic judgment in ASO necrosis period. The research will discuss the treatment effect mechanism of antipyretic and antidotal herb in ASO necrosis period by observing how the antipyretic and antidotal herb applied in ASO necrosis period influences the blood rheology and CRP index.Methods In this research,150out-patients and in-patients from January,2007to December2010who fit the diagnostic criteria of the research will be selected as the objects of the study and divided into the gangrene class A, the gangrene class B and the gangrene class C, and50patients in ASO ischemic period as control group to observe the blood rheology and CRP index and other dangerous factors and to discuss the characteristics of the blood rheology and CRP index and dangerous arteriosclerosis factor in ASO ischemic period.150objects of the study will be divided into the type of Yin Injured by Heat Toxicity (92) and syndrome of retained dampness heat toxin (58) to observe the blood rheology and CRP index before and after the treatment.After the statistical process of the statistical software, all the statistical data adopt the two-sided test P<0.05means there is difference, and P<0.01means there is significant difference. The statistical data will be represented by NNT and percentage and use rank sum test; measurement data will be represented by±s, F will be used to test the comparison of average number of multi-group and the LSD method will be further used for paired comparison; correlation analysis will use spearman test method and r is used to represent correlation.Results1. According to the results of hemaleucin, CRP, whole blood viscosity low cut and middle cut of the three gangrene classifications of150patients in arterisclerosis obliterans necrosis period, the data has the statistical meaning (respectively P=0.043<0.05, P=0.031<0.05> P=0.001<0.01, P=0.0210.05); among them, the paired comparison research shows that there is difference in hemaleucin, CRP and whole blood viscosity middle cut in Class A and B (respectively P=0.016、P=0.033, P=0.006), and there is significant difference in whole blood viscosity low cut in all groups (respectively P=0.049, P=0.0001). The correlation analysis of spearman shows that there is correlation between whole blood viscosity low cut and reconversion ((P=0.033<0.05), r=0.574. 2. In related ASO dangerous factors, there is no statistical meaning in smoking history, high blood tension history and diabetes mellitus history of the three gangrene classifications; there is statistical meaning the difference of age, coronary disease and blood vessel of brain history.(P=0.038<0.05、P=0.025<0.05、P=0.001<0.001).3. The antipyretic and antidotal herb can reduce number of the hemaleucin, CRP, whole blood viscosity low cut and middle cut in ASO ischemic period, which has statistical meaning,(respectively P=0.021<0.05、P=0.011<0.05. P=0.002<0.01. P=0.015<0.05).Conclusion The blood rheology index and CRP’s abnormal situation of patient in ASO ischemic period has clinical meaning for evaluating the pathological change degree and can be used as the objective index for prognostic judgment. The dangerous ASO factors like the age, history of blood vessel of brain and coronary disease of the patient has important meaning for the classification of conditions of the patient in ASO ischemic period. The antipyretic and antidotal herb of the traditional Chinese medicine has the effect of anti-freezing, fiber decreasing and anti-inflammatory, which can significantly improve curative effect and symptom for treatment in ASO ischemic period.
