| In this research,the increased-zinc experiment of egg and milk were carried out, and the application research were also done through eating increased-zinc eggs and drinking increased-zinc milk by children.The increased-zinc experiment was performed by adding the zinc-agent MZ,according to 50,110,170,230 and 290 mg/kg,to the basal diet of layer hens in 73 weeks.At the same time,added appropriate Cu and Fe. The result showed that the effect of increased-zinc experiment was significant(P<0.01). The yolk zinc content for the control group was 39.63ug/g;that experiment groups were among 69.21~85.42ug/g,increased between 62.0%~115.5%and the highest group of zinc-increased in yolk was that by adding 170mg/kg to the basal diet.Meanwhile adding zinc-agent MZ increased the laying rate 6.7%~35.5%and decreased the rate of feed to egg 29.5%~30.0%.Adding the zinc-agent MZ to the ration of dairy cattle,the effect of increased-zinc experiment was significant(P<0.01).There were zinc peak at every second stage of formal experiment.And from then the content of zinc in milk was mainly steady.The average content of zinc in control and experiment group was 3.73ug/ml and 13.30~16.48ug/ml.The experiment group increased 256.0%~342.0%compared with control group,and the best group was that by adding 12mg/kg to the ration.The producing function and the milk quality were no significant change in every group(P>0.05).The effective experiment of eating increased-zinc eggs and increased-zinc milk were respectively carried out in a kindergarten on 57 children between 4.5 and 6.0 years old(class A 27,class B 30).The early days as a contrast and later period experiment, was respectively one month.In contrast period,each child ate one normal egg and drank 250 ml normal milk,and in experiment period ate one increased-zinc egg and drank 250 ml increased-zinc milk.Children vein blood and earlobe blood were sampled separately at the beginning and end of contrast and experiment period,and the zinc contents of the blood and blood serum was tested and measured.The result showed that,the zinc contents of the blood serum of class A were increased by 16.2%from beginning(0.99±0.12ug/ml)to end(1.55±0.18ug/ml)(P<0.01),and the numbers of sick-eating and skin chapped or corrugated children decreased from 6 and 2 to 2 and 1 respectively.The zinc contests of the blood of class B were increased by 23.0%from beginning(7.51±0.83umol/1)to end(9.24±0.90umol/l)(P<0.01),and the numbers of sick-eating and skin chapped or corrugated children decreased from 4 and 2 to 1 and 1 respectively.One can seen that,children zinc contents in blood and blood serum increased obviously,and their health state was improved also by eating increased-zinc eggs and drinking increased-zinc milk which produced by this research. |
