Under test immuno his-tochemical assay and WESTERN BLOTING were used to detect the express of MMP-9 in the primary and metas- tatic tumor s; MTT was used to detect CTL cytoactive and 21-day livability was used to survey the survival state. Last analyze the significance of data.Result:the express of MMP-9 decreased,whereas CTL cytoactive and 21-day inhibiting rate increased .What`s more ,the phenomena was in direct corre- lation with drug concentration.Conclusion: The experiment prove that Kangaifangzhuan decoction can lower the MMP-9 of expression level and strengthen the CTL cell activity, and the MMPs is a set of proteinases that is relative to tumor metastasis .It has been certificated MMP-9 is relative to tumors transfer in many experiments ,so we may make a conclusion that Kangaifangzhuan decoction may repress liver cancer metastasis by lowering the MMP - 9 of expression level and strengthening the CTL cell activity(namely strengthen the immunity function). At the same time, we can predict the mechanism of live tumor lymphatic metastasisa may be relative to increasing MMP-9 and the body immunity function .
