The hospital performance is the achievement ,efficiency and effectiveness. It's the objective reaction of hospital's management and administration while the central matter is performance evaluation. It has been used broadly in corporation and recognized to be an imporortant tool of corporation management .So far, performance management has been brought into effect in all administrative levels as individual, department and organization in many hospitals in the Occident. Hospital performance evaluation is a scientific and reasonable method which used to contrastive analysis in both quantity and quality aboat social effectiveness, function efficiency, service efficiency, input and output , medical quality, develop ability ect during one period so as to acquire an objective, equitable, accurate and integrative evaluation. Nowadays, with the developing of market economy, people's selectivity aboat medical establishment is enhancing, "high quality, high efficiency, low valence "has been the basic standard during choosing hospitals. Especially after entrying the WTO, the competition between hospitals will be more vehemence. Hospital's performance connect directly with the exist and developing of one hospital. Recently, there're many researches about Hospital performance evaluation system ,while considering in the practical situation of hospital management, they're not perfect. Some have been lagged behind or just haven't formed an evaluation index system. Some index system is too bulkiness to operate. In fact, no Hospital performance evaluation index system have been recognized to be perfect and applied.Therefore,a suit of sentific hospital performance evaluation system is needed. Research purposeEstablish a sentific, applied and simple Hospital performance evaluation index system in order to make an objective and equitable evaluation for polyclinics which above 2 level.
