Mental Status And Psychotherapy Of Physiotherapy And Rehabilitation Patients With Cervical Spondylosis

Objective: To investigate the mental health status and personality characteristics of the rehabilitation patients with cervical spondylosis by physiotherapy. To evaluate the mental status and differences between comprehensive psychotherapy and mere physiotherapy & rehabilitation training in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods: (D The investigation was completed in the Department of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation, Xijing Hospital affiliated to the Fourth Military Medical University between Februar and December 2005. â‘¡ Mental health status and personality traits in 60 cases of cervical spondylosis and 60 cases normal as control group were evaluated with the Symptom Checklist(SCL-90) introduced and revised by Wen-Yuan Wu and with the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) revised by Yao-Xian Gong respectively. 60 cases normal use as controls matched the subjects in age,education level,work and marital status(P>0.05).The results were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 software. â‘¢ Sixty patients, who met with the cervical spondylosis diagnostic standard, were randomly divided into control...
