ObjectiveTo observe the effect of individualized rehabilitation guidance for improving psychological health status of patients suffered from cervical or lumbar spondylosis. Methods60 patients suffered from cervical or lumbar spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups(30 in each group,26 males, 34 females;range 30-50 years).Group A received individualized rehabilitation guidance and traditional rehabilitation.Group B received traditional rehabilitation only.SCL90,SAS and SDS were used to evaluate psychological health status for the first visit and once each week during the course of treatment. Results(1)There were no significant differences between the two groups during the first visit(p>0.05).(2)Differences were both found comparing the results of the first visit,one week after treatment and two weeks after treatment in two groups.(3)No difference was found between the two groups after one week’s treatment.(4)After two weeks,the score of SAS,SDS and SCL90 in Group B is significantly reduced comparing with Group A. ConclusionThe case study shows that the two approach can all improve psychological health status of patients suffered from cervical and lumbar spondylosis.Group A(individualized rehabilitation guidance and traditional rehabilitation) has better improvement than Group B(traditional rehabilitation only). |
